Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, company), network configuration data you enter, and usage analytics to keep the platform secure and improving. Demo mode stores no data outside your browser.

How we use it

Your data powers the features you use: authentication, role-based access, franchise performance tracking, royalty calculations, and compliance alerts. We never sell personal data.

Data retention

You can export or delete your data at any time. Backup snapshots are retained for 30 days after deletion, then permanently removed.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is scoped by role, and every sensitive action is logged and auditable.
