Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. NeuronFMS provides franchise management software as a subscription service, available in the plan you select.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use it to infringe the rights of others. Role-based access must be respected.

Billing & cancellation

Plans bill monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period and downgrades at the next cycle.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you enter. We act as a processor of your network's data and only use it to deliver the service.

Availability & liability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the trailing 12 months.
